Customer is responsible for ensuring adequate space for delivery and pickup. Brown Dog Rentals is not responsible for:

- ●Lawn damage (weight/weather)
Loading guidelines
Materials must not exceed the top rail of the dumpster. Dumpster cannot be overloaded. Customer is responsible for evenly distributing weight.
Payment terms
Payment due before delivery unless otherwise approved. Overweight or prohibited item charges billed after landfill verification. Returned payments subject to additional fees.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations within 24 hours of delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee.
